Processing the moon shot - help :)

Hi

There was a tutorial a chap wrote on how to process and enhance shots but I can't find it. Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

It shouldn't really need a great deal of processing. If you want it to look accurate, then what processing do you think it will need?

Because it's had very little processing beyond slight levels and curves, and a slight increase in sharpening (+25 in Lightroom). No other processing whatsoever.

The answer is very rarely processing, and nearly always good camera technique.

A decent long lens (500mm or more) or a telescope, sturdy tripod, and good exposure is what you need... not processing. A shorter lens may mean more cropping, and hence a little more sharpening maybe... but processing really is NOT the answer.... never is.
