Processing eyes in Lightroom

Now i know how to do this, ive been having a play, but can you adjust the sharpness and clarity without adjusting the color at all.

When im processing pictures and get to the eyes, they go nice and shaper, but the color bar at the bottom also changes the color of the eyes. I need to know how to sharpen, without changing the color of them?

Can anybody help?

I take it you are using the local adjustment tool ( brush). I suspect you've got a colour selected in the colour option.
Simply click on the colour pallet, and you'll then get a colour chooser window open. At the bottom of the window, you'll see a slider. This is the saturation control. Simply move it to Zero. This will desaturate the colour and give you white.
An alternative is to select the colour in the bottom right hand corner of the colour picker which is also white

oops just re read my post. Ignore the bottom right instruction, it's the bottom left. !!!!!
