Problem with Pocket Wizard Plus II

I had three pocket Wizard Plus II's that all worked fine together. One of them got stolen and I have just got around to ordering a replacement with the insurance money.

The new one doesn't seem to work with the others even though it is on the same channel.

I assume all PWII's are compatible with each other and there is not different frequencies or something you can buy?

Any other suggestions?
 
Hi Pete, were they all sourced in the UK, the only difference between PWs in the UK and in North America is they look identical but work on different frequencies

Technically the US versions aren't legal to use in this country, but on the plus side you should be able to pick one up cheaper than a European one (ask Kerso), if you can return that one and get a refund....

Sorry to rub salt in, but I think this is a good reason to go for 2.4GHz triggers and is evidence of Pocket Wiz being behind the times.
