I was takin out my lens this morning for the motorcross, and found that the auto focus ring,was locked(stuck),its stuck in between 3 and 4.5m and wont budge any futher and i wondered if any body knows whats wrong with it or how to fix it? its a tamron 70-300mm lens for a sony
