problem uploading photos from a bracketing setting please Help..setting

Hi all, Really need some help, I have about 15 pictures on my canon 450d and when i try and transfer them to computer they miss 9 photos.The Pictures that wont upload were taking using the bracketing setting 1 0 1. I really dont understand why they wont up load! Can anyone help? Appreciate any advise and help.

Does the software you're using have an option along the lines of "don't import duplicates"? If so turn it off and should be fine
