HE IS A GREAT CROOK AND I HAVE ALREADY ABOUT HIM SINCE THAT HE DID THE SAME THING TO OTHERS. I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO THE CONSUMER OFFICE BUT THEY HAVE NOT SETTLED THE PROBLEM AT ALL. KINDLY PASS ON THIS NOTICE TO EVERYONE.

2 years is a long time to wait for a refund, how did you pay? If it was a credit card you should have taken up the matter with the issuer.

Appreciate your effort for alerting us but agreed with above that 2 years is very long wait for refunds!
I would be furious if I don't get the refunds even after one month!

So you joined just to tell us this? Very kind of you.

I ordered a brand new Nikon 105mm DC lens from this company in February and received it after 10 days in good working order. I saved about a €100 but looking back it was a mistake to buy from them because the warranty is through them. Hopefully I'll never need it anyway. In the future I'll just stick to authorised dealers.

This guy will of changed the trading name and domain now. It's like the 3rd time it's been done but the Registrant Bentonville International Limited / Repton is alwas behind the who is who search.

I guess I was was one of the lucky suckers.

I was lucky. I ordered 2 expensive NIKON lenses (at good prices) from this "Firm" over 2 years ago but they took ages to arrive and I was getting worried. But they did eventualy arrive via DHL from West Midlands Airport!....

A friend recently received a faulty/damaged lens from him and he was very awkward to deal with but after many weeks a replacement did arrive in working order.

He is a one man band, operating from a house in Burton on Trent. I doubt there is any stock, otherwise my friend would not have had to wait for a repacement.

He is now using another carrier - UPS...I wonder why?

He operates under several other names and also has a "Logistics" company which makes you wonder why he uses UPS!

Neither I nor my friend will be using this outfit again.

When I was buying a very high price video camera last year I contacted the guy who runs this website to enquire if the stock was genuine UK. I sent two or three emails asking the same thing but didn't get a reply to any of them. I think it's easy to draw a conclusion from that!

Prices are good but AVOID at all costs (no pun intended!)
