I've been using Pro Retouch 2.0 by totally rad recently. Saw a few comments around that it was great for post production, speeding up post production times no end.
It's basically a set of actions for photoshop, but it really is superb, the results are fantastic, and really fast. For any of you that currently use Portrait Professional, this will be a lot faster.
The only downside is you need Photoshop, but if you already have photoshop then this is a fairly cheap add on that is really worth having.
Anyway, I did a little video review of it with some examples for anyone wondering if it's for them. Take a look
