Pro Football Togging

Hi All,

Are there any pro football togs on the board?

I've managed to get a pass to attend a pro football game in the SPL however I am totally unsure what happens when I turn up. I've never done this before

I'm picking up a pass before the game from the club itself however I have some questions that may seem silly but any help but be great.

What sort of clothing do you wear, I'm guessing I'll be okay with jeans, T shirt and big jumper and beanie?

Do you have to provide your own hi viz vest or will the club lend you one?

Are you told where to sit, stand?

I am really really nervous about this but I'm determind to get as much out of it as I can.

Wrap up warm. it gets windy and very wet along the touchline on a cold day/night

Do you have to provide your own hi viz vest or will the club lend you one?

If the club want you to wear one they will provide it

Are you told where to sit, stand?

If not then ask where your allowed to photogrpah from as differerent clubs have different rules

I am really really nervous about this but I'm determind to get as much out of it as I can.

Take a stool or somehting to sit on ..

If you are only taking jeans consider this.

if it rains jeans absorb water and will then wick away any heat in your legs.

Take something wateproof.

A good tip in cold weather if you must wear jeans is to use womens tights underneath to keep the jeans from contacting your legs. it helps combat windchill (a bit).

Windproof/waterproof is best if you can. Also wear layers so you can regulate your temperature according to conditions.
