Printing with Epson R265

I have been trying to do some printing from my Epson Photo R265 and for some reason the photos have a red tinge to them, especially the green back ground which has a rusty/burnt effect, I have sent the same photos off to Photobox , they came back fine just as on screen.

Do i need to set up some settings on the printer?.any ideas.

you need to do a cleaning cycle as you have a blocked print head i had the same problem a month or 2 back

Nope that don't work, and that cost me loads and loads of ink...
