Printing panoramas

Can anyone please suggest where I could get panoramic photogrphs printed. Also, is there a 'standard' size for panoramas?

I've not used them, I would be interested in the results if you do use them.

I can print up to 60cm (24in) high and as long as you want.
Epson 7800 on Ilford pearl 290gm paper is the standard.

Dunno about post costs to the UK but if you want it can be priced up.
