Printing on mounts

Hi, is there a method of printing text on mount board. I want to produce pictures with extended bottom border with the title printed. I know I can do the whole thing in PS and get it printed but think it may look so much better if the picture was behind a mount.

I can cut the mounts myself but not sure how they could be printed as each one would be a one off.
