printing odd sized photo (or resizing)

:bonk::bonk:Hi i have a photo i want printing to fit an existing frame...i got a quote of £75=vat..ouch
size required is 53 x 42cm
now i can get standard 75 x 50cm printed for £10
ive tried adding borders to the image and pasting it onto a 75 x 50 blank but cant as im told i dont have enough memory i'm using paintshop any ideas on how to do this will be appreciated

can you make the image canvas 75x50
then make the image 53x42 and layer it onto the bigger canvas?

wouldnt have a border then, just unused canvas room.

...but i havent used paintshop so only guessing

There are places that will do custom sized prints much cheaper than that
