Printing help

Hope someone can help. I have a picture that I want putting on a 30x20 canvas. I have exported it from lightroom in jpeg and the file is 733kb, 18x1200 pixels and 300 dpi. Is this right for a large print. Any help would be great.

Sorry to say but, IMHO, that size is woefully inadequate - assuming you meant to type 1800x1200 and 300ppi. For a canvas of that size you can safely print at 240dpi as people aren't going to view it from close up and the canvas texture hides a multitude of sins.

The minimum file size I would use for a 30x20" canvas is 7200x4800 pixels. One I did recently at that dimension was 5.5MB in size ... looks good on the wall

Go File, Export, halfway down the options you can resize at ay dpi and dimension you desire,
