I've been thinking about getting some of my pictures of the computer for once and into some kind of presentable form.
Recently there have been 2 small photographic shows round here and most of my friends who have seen them have said my pics are at least as good and i should do something similar.
Whats an easy/cheap way to get photos printed and framed for display. Is there a particular place to go to thats good for printing photos that peopel use. Is there a particular type of paper or frame thats generally accepted to be good?

Im totaly new to displaying photos so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
dan

I have just ordered some prints with mounts from Colab which I expect are waiting my return to london - I'll let you know how they look - certainly, the service I have had from them so far is amazing !
Photobox are very rapid, but one complaint, if it is such, is that they use a very light weight paper, so need good mounting to keep them flat.
But, has anyone got any further help for framing etc ??

I've just bought an Epson R2400 £435 including postage and vat from Fotosense at Bolton. Should arrive tomorrow (I have been saving for a lens but couldn't get enough for that so getting it next year instead). Works out at about £3-4 for an A3 print as good as shops apparently! {when I can afford a CIS it should drop to <50p per A3 full colour or b&w print) plus £1 for the paper.

Its a lot to find in one go but then its very cheap for the pictures!
