hi guys HELP i have a canon mp560 and since buying ps5.5 i can,t seem to get the mac to recognise my paper selection i have 2 trays a rear one for photo paper and a cassette underneath for plain a4 as i have no paper in the cassette it keeps telling me i have an "error" no paper please insert paper and restart printing. thats all very well but there is paper in the rear tray the computer /software is just not seeing it i know i,m doing some thing wrong but can,t work it out cheers mike. i can print using lightroom3 so its not a connection problem.
