Here goes for a first post using my new name as I lost all the previous details and failed to recover them.
Having bought a Nikon D800 a couple of months ago a lot of photographers I know questioned the need for such a big sensor and if I would ever get the best out of it.
The image attached was taken on a panasonic point and shoot and is of me holding one of the medium sized print I've been commissioned to do for a new exhibition.
Although you cannot see from the image the actual detail on these rather large images is staggering. On this one you can actually see house windows and ships out at sea.
They arent cheap to have printed but hopefully the effect will be worth it!
