So Rang UPS and said I live in East Sussex where the package is suppose to go to and as you can see so far it is in Staffordshire via London. The guy on the customer service said it is now on its way to Gatwick and I should get it today as per quote. He tried to explain that is the route UPS take, well they need to sort out their delivery system is all I can say

I would have thought they would have somewhere in the UK that has ink cartridges not sent all the way from Germany. No wonder they charge so much for them, last time a get from Epson it will be compatible ones in future

Where you bought them from has nothing to do with UPS. I assumed you where complaining about UPS, not Epson.

You could always go to PC World :)

Epson EU is based in Germany, so it's not unexpected their warehouse will be in that country; it went from the warehouse local depot to the transit depot; the transit depot sent it to the UK arrival depot; from the arrival depot, it went to the delivery depot; from the delivery depot it went to a pickup point and it's now in someone's van.

It seems all very sensible to me.

I wouldn't say ordering direct from Epson was stupid, just a bit foolish! :P Premier Ink, 7dayshop et al. would almost certainly be cheaper and (by the sound of it) quicker.
