Print to edge or border

Good Morning,

When providing prints to a customer do you print to edge or add a border?

If you add a border to say a 8x10 print, what size border would you add, does anyone know if its a step that can be done in LR4 without exporting to PS to re crop.

Any suggestions welcome.

Personally I always print right to the edge simply because you don't know what style of mount is going to be used and how much smaller than the print the aperture will be - unless you're also providing the mount as well, of course, but even then I print right to the edge.
