I have been using dscl for a while now, and my orders are around £50-£100 per week at the minute. I have just received an order this morning and one of the 10x8's have a red ink mark right through the middle of it and there is a 20x16 missing. I have just rang up and been told that I need to prove the fault by emailing a pic of it (a bit of hassle for a 50p print), and that as it's a busy time of year, I will need to pay postage on one of the prints as they can't send them out to me together even though it's there fault. WHAT? I don't get it, but that's enough of them, that's my finish with them. Can someone recommend me another print supplier that is reliable.

I am now using Loxley.
Last year it took DSCL 3 attempts to get my order of a cushion cover at a correct size. I had problems with DSCL on and off for some time, so decided enough was enough. .

Have you tried colorworld at north Tyneside. I have used them in the past. Very reliable. A friend of mine also uses Britannia Printing and Framing at Brunswick Ind. Estate (beside Newcastle Airport) I only found out about them last week but I am reliably informed they are very good.

I think it is Fuji, but not 100%, you can always ring them though

This is interesting I must admit I have used dscl and so far they have been ok, seen a few people mention loxley, will def try them for next order, I have been recommend simlabs by some others to put anther name into the mix.

Well, with it being so close to xmas and during the rush, I decided to stick with dscl and change in the new year. I ordered on Tuesday morning and took delivery today, only to find there was three 16x12's missing from the order. Not happy!

Could try Peak Imaging? I've had a framed print from them and all of my colour film developing is done by them too, exceptional service
There's a thread about them in Film and Conventional, lots of good experiences.
