Print Size

Quick question.

If i want to print off an image A4 size at one of the printing outlets with file size 4288 x 2848 do i have to resize it to A4 size first in Elements. Or, can i just take the original file along?

Quick but sketchy.

Your photo is 4288 x 2848 which has an aspect ratio of 1.50. A4 paper has an aspect ratio of 1.414. So it won't fit unless you stretch it or crop it first.

Just realised that I had done myself over this morning when having run down to Tesco for some cheap prints that I hadn't edited then in a "proper" ratio.

I use Picassa to edit and had finished and saved them with border & watermark.

Does anyone know- is there a way to resize them without having to start again?
