Yes
I took a picture a few days back that my mum wants printed
the only problem is its 150cm long x 50cm high
is there anywhere i can get frames or mounts from, or even maybe a canvas

cheers all

I'm pretty sure that DSCL will print almost any size to order. Just send them an email. They cover everything - prints, canvas, acrylic etc. Excellent customer service.

That kind of size will need a bespoke mount and frame, and it won't be cheap. Best bet would be to try your local framing shops. There are places online that will custom make them, but having used them, I'd prefer to have it done locally so I could inspect it on completion. It'll also save it from the risk of damage by the courier.
A canvas would probably be cheaper to produce, if you like canvases (I personally don't but that's just my preference).

Does it have to be that size ?
If you could resize it, you could use a standard frame and have a mount cut to suit ?
I guess anything is possible, it just depends on how much you want to pay.

You don't have to resize the file to print smaller, you have a three to one ratio so could print 3x1cm if you wanted.

the bit i was struggling with though as its 3to1 is the height, my mum wanted a decent height and 50cm seemed like it would fit the space she has for it, i tried to make it 100 by 50 but it looks odd, maybe she will have to wait until ive done a better size picture

It's no problem to do a 150x50, it is going to cost though.
Cheaper options are canvas as mentioned, foamex or foam board mounted prints, then getting into acrylic mounted with dibond back then framed, all in terms of price.
