Following on from the recent very successful Print Exchange would anyone be interested in a Print Exchange 2
Same format as last time, A4 print sent to a random recipient whose details will be sent to you by my good self
For those who took took part last time the recipient/sender will be different (don't worry, I have a cunning plan for this)
Thinking commit and details sent in and then out by August 16th with prints exchanged by September 27th

All welcome, anything goes, freestyle printing at its finest.
A4 print fits nicely in a cardboard backed envelope at large letter postal cost
Its all good clean inexpensive fun, selecting, editing and finally printing (or having printed) your chosen photo.

UPDATE

1. Between now and Monday 16th August, Please PM me with your forum name, real name and address.

(New Entries still welcome, but details need to be with me by the end of Sunday 15th August)

2. By Tuesday 17th August, I will send a PM out to all those taking part with details of the person whom they need to send their print to.

3. Post your print to your named recipient by September 27th

I'll update this thread asking for those who want to commit for names (user and real) and address to be sent to me via PM
You will then get details sent to you so you can post a print and you will receive one in return from a random person
Either print yourself or as some others have done get it printed and sent to your recipient.
All worked well last time and everyone seemed to have fun printing and discussing it here.

Couple more weeks before registering closes so don't hang about if you fancy a go.

Recipient details should be with you by the end of Tuesday 17th, then its print time with all done by September 27th

Yeah delivered a little while ago, I'm really pleased with it so far... I'm actually really enjoying printing out a selection of images from a days shooting and sticking them on a whiteboard, it's changing how I'm looking at my work from a critical point of view.

I've mostly been printing on A4 using a standard pack of lusture, but last week had some fotospeed platinum baryta and smooth cotton 300 delivered.. so I've chosen a print for each and my recipient will get two prints! I can see how buying paper can be a bit addictive too!

That's good, glad it finally came and you are having fun with it.
Know what you mean about the papers, I got a few trial packs from a trade show and still testing them out.
I have been printing, mounting and framing prints from our various travels to European cities. Nice seeing them hanging on the wall, but makes me yearn for the day we can start going again.
 
How's it going on the printing front?
