Well it looks awful doesn't it. So young to be doing a comb-over, which can never be justified!

So, what would you do in this situation? I'd shave it all off. If that wouldn't be allowed in the Forces, then a grade 1. But he's got to do something!
 
Personally I think that comb-overs should be outlawed ;)

Yep, buzz cut would be so much better :thumbs:
 
Well, at least the new addition to the family has his hair...

My solution to an incoming forehead tide (aka receding hairline) is a #1 every few weeks. A combover was never an option, although for a giggle I used to drag my ponytail forward to give myself a long fringe - but NEVER in public!!!

With his money I'm amazed he hasn't had hair graft surgery. Seemed to work for Rob Brydon.
 
Seems his hereditary hair loss doesn't worry him too much. I suppose he's got other things in his life to be confident about.

But as a guy who's gone bald, all he needs to do is put on a load of weight and then he'll fit right into the average TP meet-up! :whistling:
 
I bet Harry's glad he's got a different father - his still has all his hair! (Gotta be one advantage to being a ginge...)
 
I think he'll keep it as it is. I notice the ruling/officer classes tend to just let it happen and rarely do the shaved head thing.
 
Thankfully even at my age I have a full head of hair so don't have an issue like all the baldie heided losers out there.:D

Being bald myself ther eis a time when enough is enough of trying to hang on to the last of what hair is left.
I hung on till I was 28 then it all came off and now once or if I am out twice a week it gets shaved.
Whilst it suits me and I work in the building trade I have no issues certain people cannot do what I do.
He would be better just going real short all over.
 
I'm 58 and thankfully still have a full head of hair, actually its a bit awkward as everyone thinks I dye it too, honest I dont, never would. I did say years ago when it gets to comb over time its coming off and I stand by that view to this day, nothing worse than pretending you've still got it. Toupe, hair graft - not for me, I dont want to look like Rooney or Elton John.

I've recently went from trying to kid myself on that i'm not slowly losing my hair to just accepting and now get a grade 1 every couple of weeks. Much better.
 
Yep. Fully paid up member of the grade 1 club here much to better half's dismay.

(note how i'm avoiding any tasteless jokes about Di hard ... my mother would be so proud :lol: )

I wear my hair quite short anyway - which goes back to days when it was necessary that it be too short to get hold of in a scuffle - so if i start developing clasic male pattern baldness I shall just reduce the length a tad more and no one will notice.

Proper Skinheads don't totally shave their heads unless of course they are naturally bald. I usually have mine between 1/2mm to 4mm, cut every 7-10 days.

Your face looked line a coo's arse. You know perfectly well I've a full head of hair just wear it cropped close. Look at your piece of evidence again.
 
Full Yoda latex head/mask surgically attached. At least he will then look like the rest of the extended family.

And Rich, the hat's not so much to hide the lack of hair, it's to protect what's left from sunshine (especially the ear to ear scar!) Weirdly, the growth is more luxuriant post op than it was a year ago but the tide's definitely on the way in and the sparse weeds are going under!!! #1 when my hairdresser can be bothered.
