Prince harry photos

Wonder how much the person got paid for the photos? Really poor show though when he's in a hotel room with supposed friends. They'll be bursting in when he's on the toilet next.

I was answering gadgeteers erroneous assumption that should the monarchy be abolished that the royal family would own the properties in their own right. Which they don't.

The Crown Estate is the property of The Crown (as an institution) not the State, and it's been that way for much longer than The Crown Estate's Act 1961 - which was purely about its governance.

The photos aren't being published for exactly the same reason that they wouldn't be if someone else were the subject;

Firstly they breach the PCC Code of Conduct

Secondly they are likely to breach Art 8 of the HRA with specific reference to Campbell v MGN Ltd

got no idea what first and second are TBH - the pictures are no different to anyother kiss and tell pictures that have been published over the years.

I did laugh at the sun's recreation though lol
 
All this fuss re naked pictures of Prince Harry. Well personally I don't want to see pictures of naked men. Kate yes but Harry, no thanks

but theres a little more to it than that. I believe the royal family is a part of being british. It's what sets us apart from other countries, despite Tony Bliar trying to be a president ;)

So how is a 27 year old meant to act in vegas? :thinking: Fair enough he's Royalty but he's 27 and he's acting like most 27 year olds would, he seems to be living a life unlike his borning older brother.

I've looked carefully at those internet photos of Prince Harry, and I'm not convinced it's really him. In fact, I can't tell Hewitt is.

What a load of over reaction and hype
The royal family basically seem to exist to attract tourists, then bleat about being in the news
He's a young man, doing what young men would like to do all over the world
They're a privelaged lot (the royals), with a fantastic lifestyle
Stop bleating, smile for the camera, m'am :-)

Well put,I don't see what all the fuss is about.

About the Sun printing the photos,again what all the fuss about on this occasion,their right it's all over the Internet,why shouldn't be able to print them,for me you can't have one set of rules for the Internet,and another for the press.

yes i know - you missed the sarcasm in my post - if you look at a picture of prince harry then look at a pictue of James Hewitt when he was younger .. theres a strong resemblance.. thats what i was getting at in response to cobra's post

The important point that I haven't seen captured is what do the public actually think about it. While the media tries to tell the public what to think do the public really care about this or are they just thinking good to see him have some fun?

Let's face it, what the hell do you go to Vegas for if not to have fun - that is the whole point of the place.
 
On one hand I do feel sorry as he is young single guy having a laugh in Vegas but on the other hand intrusion into your private life comes with the territory when you are rich and famous. Like I said earlier he should know better.

I bet the royal family are glad they have William as the older brother though, a much more clean cut image whereas Harry will more likely be seen as the rebel brother.
 
Nobody asked him if he wants to be a part of the royal family. I don't think anyone really asked him whether he wants to be a soldier. Hey maybe somebody finally asked him if he wants to go to Vegas and have a good time.
 
The Royal Family need a kick into 2012, the Queen does not represent anything that is going on, is completely out of touch and looks permanently miserable. William is just as dull but hasn't mastered the perma-misery look yet.

Just skip a few in the order and have Harry as King.
 
Fair play to him. If you can't let your hair down in Vegas what can you?! Just a shame the people with him were in it for a quick buck opposed to enjoying their time with him.

I don't think I have seen any questions relating as to who his mother was, it would be strange if he didn't have any similarities to the maternal side.

Most of the questions about resemblence to certain people seem to relate to his paternity....

He's done more because he has been given the opportunity to do more. There's probably a lot of kids out there that could attain greater things (and conduct themselves with far more dignity) but never will, because they do not have the resources behind them.

Doesn't make him any better than anyone else simply being the lucky sperm/egg combo in one particular screw.

If he resembles his mother's brother then is suggests the genes for his looks have come from his mothers family rather than his fathers (such as poor William) It doesn't suggest that a 3rd party had to be involved, that is all.

Agree totally, but I am now where I am and he is where he is. How that happened and whether it was fair no longer comes into it unfortunately.
