If it wasn't for the looming price rises I wouldn't have got my **** into gear and bought a Sigma 10-20, Mr Amazon turned up this morning and gave me a parcel and the results left me thinking........

Why didn't I buy this lens 4 years ago :bang:, it's a cracker

happy for ya! just make sure its a good sharp copy, dont want you finding that its a dud in 4 years time :p

I'm not sure if I agree that prices rises are a good thing but it certainly made me get my **** into gear and buy a Canon 10-22.

Price rises are not good for me, but my 10-20 is great fun to take out and play with.

Hope you are still enjoying it in 4 years :)

I hope so, but if I'm not then I'll trade it in for a new house :D

Actually, on a serious note,I have today checked the latest prices on Camera price buster and realised I'm underinsured, eg my 300 2.8 and 500 f4 have gone up drastically. Have gone through everything and sent them a note advising of replacement values.
Others might want to do the same??
