I bought a small item off them recently via the website.

Despatched next day and arrived within 3 on their free delivery. They confirmed the order, and the despatch by email.

what phones were they if you dont mind me asking. I am actually looking to get a £500+ phone from them. Are the phones UK specs or were they grey imports?

Bought some Three 3G micro sims from the, once or twice for my ipad, no probs here. They seem ok,to me, dispatched the items very quickly.

I bought as couple of £9.99 Vodafone PAYG phones a few weeks ago.

£5 Cash Back on each via Qudco which has already been paid.

One of them was faulty (buttons would not work), they sent out a prepaid return recorded delivery envelope, I sent the faulty phone back and got a replacement 2 days later.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, I'm looking to buy the note 2 LTE version, but I think I'll look elsewhere.
