Premium bonds winnings.

£50 for me

I while ago I looked at how much I'd won and there's a site somewhere where you can type everything in and it tells you how lucky you are. At that time I was not lucky. I counted up the other day and in the last year I have actually received more than I'd have got if the money was just in a savings account. So that's nice :D

I have £30k which was the limit at the time I got them.

Back to winning this month, I got £150 whilst the boss got £100, new vinyl and lunch out tomorrow.

I hope you'll let me and everyone know what you get :D

Just informed about my October win £25. Better than a kick in the teeth but only just.

All in great Nick, and only £22. Happy wife. Lotsa cash left for another visit or two.

I have the Pat Benatar one.

I still play vinyl but I haven't bought any for years, I do still buy CD's. Enjoy! :D

I got £200(2x£100] but the boss hit a blank.

The company chairlady with her full account won nowt this week, I got £175: I really must see how close my account is to being at the maximum. (It used to be full but I leaked some into the watch fund!)

Since August 2024 - still nothing!!

I've never done Premium Bonds, the median returns don't look attractive enough for me and I'd probably be as lucky as you! lol But I can see the appeal.

Do you also invest in stocks and shares?

I fancy JLC Reverso of some description but the boss says no, regardless of where the funds come from.:headbang:

I only have £16 of bonds that were bought in the 1970's as part of a company savings scheme. We put £1 a month into the pot and when you'd saved up enough you got a £5 bond. The extra £1 was on my card when I left. Only won £50 twice, but I check every month. What I don't like is when tbe checker page comes up "Sorry you haven't won, but do you want to see the list of winners?" Of course I don't! Talk about rubbing it in!
.

Down this month only £75, better than a poke in the eye though.

zero & zero

Hoping someone can answer a question. I bought some bonds recently for the first time and they were eligible for the December draw. I’ve had an email notification of a win but nothing has appeared in my bank account yet.., how long does prize payment normally take to go through? I’m out of the country at the moment so can’t call them till Monday.

Around 10 days.

Mine winnings are pending clearance in my account today.

The NSANDI website is a mess. Today I can't log in. Ever since I put a chunk of money in I have been trying to get any winnings paid in new PBs, rather than by cheque. This month I have had the £500 cheque (yay!) but not the two £100s or the £50. It was a good month. (y)

You’re getting cheques? I had no idea they still did these.

At least you can pay cheques in on banking apps these days, used to be a real pain having to find an open branch to pay them into.

In the olden days I used to post them to my bank. It was days quicker than paying them into a local bank
