Premiere Pro on Windows not compatible with Prores Raw?

I have shoot some work with my Canon R5 + Ninja V in ProRes Raw. After importing I get the error message that Premiere Pro can't decode Prores Raw. I have installed Apple codec but still doesn't work... Any help here?

It should work. I guess you tried https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/prores-raw-support-adobe-video-applications.html? Mac or widows?
