Praktica FX2 mirror issues

I just received a Praktica FX2 and there is an issue with the mirror. The FX2 is a little strange in that you have to wind on the next frame for the mirror to move down so you can focus and compose. On this camera however once you have fully wound the frame on the mirror doesnt stay down. It still fires fine though. Also the piece that enables the automatic stop down on the lens doesnt appear to move.
The camera has a 30 days return on it but does anyone think this would be fixed by a CLA? or is it a bigger problem

I may have "fixed" it. It would appear that the part of the shutter that activates the apeture on the lens has come loose from the part of the shutter mechanism that holds the mirror in place. I can make the mirror stay but not have the lens stop down automatically

Slightly out of focus and poorly highlighted! But that bolt or pin that I’ve circled joins the two parts together. It seems to have become dislodged. I can slightly push them together with my finger but it doesn’t allow full travel of the shutter release mechanism. It would appear it might not be that big of a deal to fix, for someone that knows what they’re doing!
