Assuming 42mm screw, then with the correct adaptor it'll fit lots, Canon, Pentax, and some of the small mirrorless systems off the top of my head. I'm not sure if there will be anything that'll mount their bayonet (IIRC it wasn't exactly the same as the PK mount).

Great for a play, but honestly they're not great quality by modern standards, so unless it's something exotic it might not be worth the bother.
