Power pack Lead for Canon 580ex ii ??

I have a universal 10,000 mAh power pack for charging tablets and mobiles ect and was wondering if there was any way of using this to power my 580ex ii?
Essentially I am looking for a male USB to "canon power plug" lead if such a thing exists????

Grab a Canon CP-E4 or one of the cheaper clones.

I know nothing about power measurements but my 580 ex gets powered nicely on occasion with my Godox Lithium Power Pack PB960 which came with my AD360 - spec sheet linked says that it is 11.1V/4500mAH
