I got plenty - my Sigma 10-20 is my fav lens :-)

All of these are 10mm on a Canon 40D - so actually 16mm (35mm equiv)

Have fun with your new lens !

I recognise that structure! Is it in Colchester?

Or Chelmsford?

OK, well, 17mm anyway, on FX.

Is 2 alright, some threads on here insist on 1, some are a bit more relaxed. If more is ok then I can dig for more that LR doesn't know about.

A couple of my faves:

Whitby Abbey, taken a couple of years ago.

Halfway up to Scarborough Castle.

And another from Whitby - it was sunny for a change.

Hi there Matt, good to see you again :). How's things?
1st one is my favourite.

Hey Steve, thanks - that first shot has always been my fave I think. Quite like the one of the harbour entrance (no 3 too). I'll drop you a pm as I'm wary of taking this thing OT :)

I feel i can't really compete with the pics on this thread, but i'll stick up a pic of mine i used for our bedroom wall. :)

Nikon 12-24mm f/4 @ 12mm

Shot as a potential cover for Advanced Carp Fishing magazine.

Love this lens because it gets me those impact shots that editors love, but I just wish it focussed that little bit closer, maybe another 5cm or so....

Panning with 10-20 sigma @10mm

Dogs look great @ 10mm too

cheers Steve

Post as many as you like :D

BTW, that portrait is just beautiful!

If you're referring to my shot - it's Victoria Quarter in Leeds! (A very swanky shopping arcade.)

Oh yes, me and my OH used to sit in there and have lunch and champagne outside Harvey Nicks, when we had expendable income (before child & photography addiction :gag:)

Thanks very much.
Had a PM about it too, I usually hate my photo's so you've cheered me right up

Just spent ages looking at it.

Mind you, there are lots of incredible pictures in this thread, really showing off the uses of wide angle lenses, great inspiration, what a talented bunch you all are
