Guys, i know that if it sounds too good to be true stuff, but have a look at this..

Iv been on the lookout for ages for a 5D and made a decision to get one the other day, anyway, i stumbled on this add... and im pretty sure that its not for real but SOME of the feed back seems real, but the prices just cant be.. iv had emails from the seller and all SEEMS to be in order, im soo tempted but just cant...

Btw, there have been several others just like this one too...

Thats what i was thinking, i reported it to ebay 2 days ago and nothings happened..

Iv had some comms with these people, the replies are in very bad english but they do reply.. Im so tempted.. cos if its for real!! lol..

I WONT though.. :'(

Member is UK based since 2003 and seems to speak English fine in his feedback.
The auction shows no payment method and states 'no buyer protection', he's suddenly in HK and according to you his English is bad.
It's a scam.
 
Ok guys, have a giggle at this... but remember he cant help it!! This is the email i got from him after i wrote saying that his item seem very cheap and i think it maybe a scam, how can you assure me and do you have a contact number ECT ECT..

So thats it.. iv emailed 2 other people selling VERY similar items.. no.. EXACT items.. one of them is no longer reg'd with ebay anymore!! supprise.. lol..
 
i think we should all chip in a few quid and buy one.. if its a scam then weve only lost a couple of quid... but if its for real!!!! we can CLEAN EM OUT!!!!!! lol.... :woot::woot:
 
Too true Hypnotic, one of the other ones hasnt had any activity for 2 years!! ..

Its such a shame, these people are literaly mugging people in broad daylight!! but noone can touch em!! or DONT at least.. im after a 5D atm and with all the looking around iv been doing over the last week, iv come back to them and iv searched, and iv dug, and prodded to find concrete evidence that its a scam!! in mmy heart in know it is and WONT touch em, but... i keep looking, longingly!! haha.. If only eh!!

Well, he's just sold 2 of the 5D's... the strange thing is, both buyers have only 2 or 4 feedbacks, and one of them hasnt bought anything for ages..

I only hope if they are legit buyers that they haven seen then from this thread!! lol.. id feel soo guilty.. but then, they havent read it properly then eh!! ...

Anyway, give it a few days and see if they get thier prezzies.. oh, and they were bought withing and hour and 20mins of each other.. he's sold NONE for days!!!
 
Yeah, and all his buyers have lttle or no feedback!! one has 0 feedback and has been a member since 2005!! i dont think so!!..
 
Probably not even in Hong Kong and sitting in some cyber cafe in Nigeria !
