Possible fungus?

No
Just had a quick peek down my Yashica Mat taking lens on the bulb setting - considering it's more than a century old I wasn't too surprised, but I just wanted to get some opinions on whether this was a fungus spot, and if so what I could do (if anything) with it - and does it pose a threat to any of the other camera equipment I keep it with? I'm more than happy with the pictures so it's just purely from a camera upkeep point of view rather than a practical problem.

It's a 4 element Yashinon lens, and it doesn't look like it's on the front or rear elements. Looks a bit like cotton wool.

Hard to see any fungus threads, but if you are happy with the results don't worry about it...just keep the camera in a dry ventilated place. Fungus spores are probably all in your other cameras gear anyway as they are everywhere and just waiting for the right conditions to start their life cycle so don't worry about contaminating your other cameras.

Yeah, I tried to take a better picture but my longest lens is a 50mm - ironically for this forum, my macro lens is for film only...! I tend to take it out a fair bit, but I guess with a TLR the taking lens gets a lot less light than an SLR one would. 12 exposures of 1/x seconds equates to very little light, so it's not a surprise really. I keep a packet of silica gel in the cupboard. I've just put it under a lightbulb for a bit, since that's the closest thing to sunlight at the moment...
