weekly Posiview's TP52 for 2014 Week 52 Support added and FINISHED :)

Cheers, Natalie.

Well, I have a years supply of Aero and a bath full of bubble making fluid :)

This week will be a post and be dammed week.

Strange how some themes don't enthuse me

Cheers.

Post and be damned.

Not feeling this one at all. Tried loads of ideas, bought my body weight in chocolate (so not all bad :)) but I'm done.

#2 deleted....as in shot at dawn :)

I did buy another prop today and might see if I can get off work early and have a bash at it.

Cheers all (y)

awe wow ... not quite sure what's going on there but that choccy pic is lush.

That's a good shot Andy (y) the way the lighting hits the chocolate behind is great :)

oooh yay

very nice - liking how you've cut an increasing amount off each one as they go up to give an increasing amount of bubbles on show... the light falling through to the domes behind give a really effective backdrop.

Nice colours and composition. Not sure what's in the background, but it doesn't add anything to the shot for me.

So jealous of all the Chocolate bubbles I keep seeing - just don't have that option here - worse luck :(

Hi Andy, nicely lit as mentioned and plenty of bubbles
onwards and upwards (y)

For a post and be damned image Andy, it still works on a lot of levels (y)
I like the subtle lighting, colour tones and general composition. The recession into darkness gives it depth. Onwards and upwards, only 2 sleeps to a new theme as the lad from Bozeat would say ;)

Works for me Andy. I like how you can see the rest of the bar in the background. As for crit, very little from me but I would say if you wanted slightly more definition in the bubbles on the exposed bit of the bar, maybe lighting across it from the side would have helped. :)

"I see chocolate bars....they're everywhere!"

Bubble was my 161st straight week of posting in the TP52 and I often set a very high standard for myself and am, therefore, a tad frustrated when I feel I've submitted an inferior photograph.

Anyways, not long to wait unit week 5 :).

Cheer all.

At first I thought it was a little dark but the more I looked the more I liked it. It gives a real texture to the bumps of chocolate on the top of the image. It might be more to do with the colour of the centres of the bars but my only niggle is that they appear brighter at the top to the bottom

Hi Andy, i really like the lighting on this shot, it makes the bumps stand out! Also a good idea to have three different flavours for variety!
I hope you shared it!!:)

Appreciate the FB

The green looks a little crystal like, the orange looks good, the darkest (chocolate?) looks a little like a reflection.

The bits behind look a little odd but overall it works quite well.

I'm sure there was a spike in Aero bars sales this week, I like the use of all three flavours but as I found the cutting process has a habit of crushing the bubble which results in a lack of definition. Great contrast in the lighting as well

Spot on for bubbles love the idea and the fact you get to eat it after yummy

Thanks, the top section is just the lighting on the top part of the chocolate bar.

Yeah. This was frustrating!!

Cheers.

Thanks, I still have 3 full bars left :)

Been a while since I was this quick :)

It was a case of, "Yup I got an idea!"

Cheers all.

TEMPORARILY TAKEN DOWN TO ME HAVING ONE OF 'THEM' MOMEMETS :(

Cracking shot I love it...... Better than my attempt. Would you care to share your pp work in this image. My only crit would be on the top left of the image you have got a small red triangle of smoke all the others are blue I'd like that one to be blue as well to match.

Well spotted, Mandy. I spent ages checking I had not missed any bits and missed the obvious error :grumpy:

Taken down and I'll repost tomorrow with a quick 'how I did it' for anyone to try. If they want to.

Cheers all.

Are you an auditor in your spare time?! I would never have seen that.

Good interpretation Andy.

Oh yes I like your Bubble, good composition and contrast.

Would maybe like to see more light on the bottom brown piece and a little less on the top, but overall really good effort I like it (y)
