I recently took my free upgrade to PP 11 - following my purchase of 10 when the offer was on the board here some months ago..

Initial thoughts were that I quite liked the accuracy of the user interface when a studio image was loaded..

Lots of little tweaks I quite liked.. And the end image was to my liking...

So I pressed the button to return to PS5 - and when the image transferred, to my horror, it appeared to be covered in some kind of gaussian blur.. A very unusual effect...

I have now learned how to resolve this issue though..

It's linked to the 'touch up' brush. If you don't use it, the issue won't show.

If you do use it, then before you save your image back to PS (or wherever you're saving it) go to the face sculpt control, and slide the intensity bar back and fore, as the last thing you do, resting on whatever setting you started with.. Then on saving the ugly and weird effect doesn't show..

Has anyone else experienced it? It appears to be a common problem :)

We've recently resolved several issues in PortraitProfessional Version 11 in an update. To obtain this update, simply go to Help> Check for Updates and download the latest installer. Run this and it will update to the latest version and resolve those issues.
