Where is the best Portrait photography traininng? I am looking for a short course.

I am not looking to become a professional photographer, but would like to train as a portrait photographer, so that I will take good photography when I go to Colombia next September, because I was chosen to be my ex-girlfriend's daughter's god-father for her confirmation.
 
Most uni's should have a crash course! Around £50 for 6/8 lessons!

Graham, I too live in portsmouth and I did a course in bournemouth, a lit pricey, but worth every penny as they offer help and advice whenever you need it after the course as well. First point photography is the name of the place and they do have a website.
