Portrait Education

Hello. Im looking at taking my photography further. I enjoy motorsport photography and car photography mainly but im wanting to give portrait work ago. Im aware I need to learn a lot to do with the lighting, diffusers, umbrellas, angles, poses etc. This is the reason im looking to take part in a course which covers this and to see if portrait work is for me.

Does anyone know of any courses at South Cheshire college or that area I could take part in and would be worth it?

I would offer to do voluntary work for a photographer but im pretty sure they won't like that as my aim would be to do it as a business in the future

I would check out Creative live. They have some excellent courses that are not too expensive. Also if you find something that interests you, you can watch it for free.

My local art college does so others might do too.
