I'd like to join in too. I'm a novice so am not expecting to do well but it will give me a focus and something to think about
This sounds good, i will give it a go....
Do you mean 12am midnight as 12pm is dinner time ????

Removed the battery grip and used the 35mm f/1.8 with an SB600.I can spot a subtle hint when I see one
Would it be considered bad form to post my images in the portrait section as well? I would really appreciate some critique.
Got mine posted, I can't help with resizing within cs5 and lightroom as I don't use them. I upload the file to flickr which and when posting in the threads it is automatically resized, or at least that's how I think it works.

I had a complete nightmare doing this.. Just got camera back from elstree Friday because it was backfocusing it cost me 100 squids for new focus module but now it forward focusses!!! At least before I could focus on the nose and the eyes would be sharp!! Sorry rant over ; ( it was agony not being able to use LR.. As quite a few of my best shots were under exposed because I relied on the screen instead of histogram!! And my screen was on full brightness from the day before!! We should do it again though as I did enjoy it.

Unfortunately No! I have the mk1 which does not have the micro adjust function!
Ah. Then I think the body and lenses all need to go canon/independent for calibration. Personally I'd just learn to focus behind where I wanted![]()
