I'm in, but i have no idea if my tiny 4mp sensor would like an A3 print :P
 
not really entered anything before on here so i am game. all i know need now is time after work and a unsuspecting target/model

Simples buddy just sumit one of those shots...!!! As per the comp you dont need to do anything to the image just resize and upload...


And yes you can enter as up to 3 images..:thumbs:
 
Just to confirm, can the hot be taken anytime on Saturday or Sunday...work all day sat so I think Sunday pm will be when I try.

You can take the shot sat or sunday Cris But it needs to be uploaded before the clock strikes 12 sunday night :thumbs:

I'll be in bed well before then on a Sunday...just seen we an post up to 3 shots. That's good!
 
You will need to be careful uploading to LR as it has automatic presets! Or are you allowing that??!??

I have alterered the op now ALL images shot in jpeg. so only a resize needed.

I'm up for this - never really done any portrait work and will be doing all on my Panasonic FZ45 superzoom but we'll see what happens, wooden spoon here I come!! :-)

Right, d700 set for shoot, d300 to hopefully grab a couple of sooc shots as jpgs, if it doesn't happen today, get a 2nd chance with another shoot tomorrow :D

In all honesty it was a :thinking: for me trying to remember how to put the 50D into JPEG mode and I'm a lot younger than you! :lol: :exit:

cheeky young fella :lol: What is worse, is actually remembering to change back again afterwards! Last time I did it I did an entire days shooting in jpg because I forgot :bang: Wasn't the end of the world, the actual pictures didn't need much doing, except that I had also left it on some in-camera setting that made them 'vibrant' and frankly, they hurt my eyes :lol:

Oops! Still at least you still saved them! Trying getting your head round why your portrait shots are blowing out at flash sync speed 1/250, then you realise your iso is on H2 which in my case was 12800 :bonk: won't do that again in a rush!

i've done something very similar to this before, i just couldn't see what was in front of me. i felt like a proper numpty when i finally clicked :lol:

20 kids screaming at the same time in a ball pit prison isn't my idea of a good saturday afternoon. anyone got any earplugs?
