I've managed to back myself into a little bit of a corner and volenteered to take a set of pictures at a holiday club (child care)
I want to do the best job I can and know what I'm doing with regards to taking the images.
But it's been a long time since I did anything with studio flash and things have obviously moved on.
So I am looking at investing in some basic studio kit and want some feedback as to what I can sensibly get away with as a short to medium term measure.
Currently I have an SB600, an old Hanimax flash, a flash stand, shoot through brolly and adaptor with no background.
My thoughts are:
1. Getting one of these complete florescent lighting kits with background from Amazon about £150
2. Using the flashes I have and getting a background kit about £50
3. Getting a set of entry studio flashes and backgrounds about £200
or am I barking up the wrong tree entirely?
