Portable but stable light stand

I have been doing some headshots and environmental portrits of some friends and family. I have a Godox AD200 and a Lecarta EZ-Pro 80cm softbox. I have been using a light stand that a griend gave me but it's really not stable. It'sa very cheap Neewer one and I think would be fine for a speedlight and small umbrella but I need some thing much sturdier. Any recommendations for a sturdy but still reasonably portable lightstand would be greatly appreciated.

My Polaroid-branded stand is the best medium duty, medium size one I have. Got it from Amazon a while back.

If you don't need to use it on rocks/stairs etc then a regular aluminium light stand will be best. I have half a dozen of these

they're really light for the size, with a broad base and clamp-free locking mechanism

I have a Polaroid one, it’s great, the Lencarta one I’d say is better.

But if you don’t mind the weight and you’re wanting to move it about, Essential photo do one with automatically collapsible legs, which works great.

The smaller one of those is great. The larger one is a PITA.
