Caernafon castle is the first location in Wales to host the poppies and apprently some of the poppies slipped down and they have made the whole decoration look like a huge dragons claw. Spooky or what.
They have called the decoration the Weeping Window and from a window high up in the castle the flowers flow onto the grass below. I understand that the whole thing is stunning. My sister and I are going on Saturday and I love poppies so I'm looking forward to it. I thought if you live in North Wales it would be a real treat to go.
 
Parents in law have been last week and really enjoyed it

We saw them when they were in London - awesome spectacle then.

So, are these the ceramic poppies similar to London?
I bought a London one.

Yes, they are the London poppies, they are now doing the rounds. Look online as to where they will be next. I know someone who has one, I think they paid £25.
 
I thought all the London poppies were sold?
 
A little research shows they're the poppies comprising the "wave" and the "weeping window" only.
