Pointers in the right direction please

I'd like to try putting three images side by side, separated by white border, together as one jpeg file. Can anyone point in the right direction or to a tutorial that will show me how.

P.s I'm not trying to achieve a multi montage combination image, but three separate images in one file. (does that make sense?)

heres one I did but not using the script, as I wanted a play on the monkey puzzle idea puzzle as in jigsaw, if you know what I mean, I took the images in Bijilo park Gambia and a monkey run up Julies back onto her shoulder, it was for the TP POTY comp CLicky Linky to thread
