Could someone on this Forum help me ,as to where I can get a small guide to Camera Settings (Nikon),that will tell you recommended settings ,for most Photographc Formats,i.e.,Portrait,Macro,Wildlife ,settings ,I'm looking something that is small ,and,I can put I'm my back pocket.A quick reference guide.

I'm not certain exactly what you are looking for. If its a book will you have time to read it out on location. If a quick aide memoire perhaps you can print out your own and have it laminated.
Ideally I suggest a good photography manual to learn the basics of aperture, shutter speed etc.
Although not a Nikon user for a very quick start if your camera has scene modes eg landscape it will bias the settings for what the camera thinks is good. In landscape it will set a smaller aperture to give a larger depth of field. This may or may not be the effect you are seeking to achieve. If you have a trawl through your camera manual it should explain what each mode does.

However if you can spare some reading time learning to take control will repay you many times over
