Plod at it again.............

I'm a firm supporter of 'Liberty'.

Although policing is vital and important this doesn't always mean it's done well. As a single female, if I wanted to complain about officers I would feel up against it as I find they often back each other up/stick together and as a single person it's their word against yours. Even officers who are in the wrong just get medically retired. Sometimes people join the police for the wrong reasons and then they have power, resourses and information which they could misuse. Sorry to rant but I wasn't a supporter of Liberty until I worked for Lothian and Borders Police - I'll say no more :thumbsdown:, some people work hard to get a bad reputation.

Not surprised by the article. No one seems compelled to be honest these days. If you can cover up then you do so. Society in the 21st century for you. :shrug:
