Hi folks, looking for some info on public liability insurance,for when i am covering football and basketball.Need to know what what kind of money i need to pay out and what i should be covered for.

PLI of £5.000.000 comes usually around £140-£180 (at least those were quote I've seen online).

You can get basic PLI for £2 million cover for about £10 a month. Just go on an insurance comparison site to get a rough idea. On the comparison sites are options of what can be covered including your 'tools'. Hope this helps.

Have a chat with Cliik, that's who I am registered with. And make sure you know what level of cover you need with regard to the football. Certain leagues have certain levels that are required. I have £5m PL cover, I also have PA, Equipment and Legal . I pay less than £250 a year for mine

Do you need PLI.Is it a requirement for the level of Togging you are doing,or do you just want it for your own POM. Football League is 2 million minimum,Premier league 5 million. I paid £78 for 5 million last year, £55 aprox for 2 million in 2014/15 season.

Those figures aren't far off for just PL cover. It's the kit insurance that sends things through the roof.

£5m should be about £ 90 / yr.
