please help

Hay folks I could use a little help I have had Photoshop elements 9 installed into my pc for about a month now with no problems but went to open it today and a message pops up saying “Adobe Photoshop cs4 (though its elements 9) dose not run under this version of the operating system. Please check the package minimum requirements for the operating system level necessary for this software” even though no adjustments have been made can anyone please help. Alex:bang:

does anyone else use your computer it sounds like someone has tried to install cs4. if not just uninstall then restart your computer and tehn reinstall elements.
