Hi. I am working on my ARPS panel (still) and I have decided that for my resubmission I want to make the images the same blue; they are all blue but not the same blue. This is now driving me mad! I have tried the following, after advice from an experienced PS user and Internet tutorials:
1 - convert to black and white, use the colour dropper and and note down the numbers to enter in the tint box. This worked really well on one and on the next one produced something with a really strong cyan. A different effect, with the same numbers applied produce different casts..some a bit yellow, some a bit magenta.
2- go to Nik Colour EfEx, use a preset and tweak that. I thought this was going really well and then, opening them again today, I could see that they had a magenta cast; the colour cast wouldn't go away.
3- I tried Colour Match using the neutralise option and it made the colour cast worse. Tweaking the sliders brings out other colours.
4- I have tried converting to black and white and using the curves blue. This was quite dark and perhaps the most effective on the image I tried but it was more dark grey than blue in many places.
So, my question is... How can I get the same blue and eradicate cyans eg that turn up?
Thanks for reading..fingers crossed.
