Have emailed my domain provider - 123 - but wondered if anyone here can help quicker?

If I enter www.cambridgeportraits.co.uk it comes up with a 123 page saying website is expired. Yet if I leave out the www. and just type cambridgeportraits.co.uk it seems to work ok. 123 just supply the domain and reframe.com host the website.

Any ideas?
 
Funnily enough had a reply from 123 within 5 mins saying:

Thank you for contacting 123-reg on the 30th September 2013.

cambridgeportraits.co.uk wasn't properly pointed to 209.80.10.130.

I have solved the issue for you by adding the www A record as well.

Please allow 24-48h for complete propagation of all changes across the internet.

If I do www. it still doesnt work (but it does say 24hrs +).
 
Maybe try deleting the browsers cache and give it another try.
 
It's working for me.
Could your browser be caching the original (incorrect) DNS lookup result?

It's down to how DNS works. It could take anything up to seven days, but will probably be much faster (there's a lengthy explanation about TTLs and how DNS records are cached and why it doesn't always work like it's supposed to, but it's too involved for here).
